You will pay for a lady to rub you oil with one hand because the other probably had her phone on it. Disaster, worst massage ever. Don’t even spend your time and money here. They even ask for a $25 fee because we bought a Groupon when it’s not even disclosed in the page. The room was facing Biscayne Blvd, traffic, good luck trying to relax.

The location in coconut grove was very small. They tried to make me pay an additional fee when I arrived but I refused to pay. They made me wait for about 20 mins. The massage room for a couple was squished. The massage was nice. The chocolates they offered us were the size of halloween candy. The place isn’t bad but not great. I wouldn’t go again for the price I paid. Way too overpriced.

Massage was great! Ladies did a good job. Felt great after. Problem as the check-in and communication. Our appointment was at 4pm, so I drove like a gremlin to get there on time. Turns out they couldn't see us until 4:50. I asked if we would have a wait in text. No response or interaction until about 4:45. Would have loved to grab a snack or go on a walk instead of just sitting there wondering. Good thing I paid for two hours of parking otherwise that would have been an issue. The staff should have notified us of the appointment status before taking the clients back right before us. A 1 minute text saying "hey we are running late and will see you at 4:50 if that is ok, otherwise we will have to reschedule". An easy to find booking system could do this with automation.
