I have not been able to use this voucher or use the program. I have not been able to talk to anyone, it is impossible to find help. What a waste of money. I am very disappointed.

Scam. I purchased the pro license on 10/17 and the voucher I received said it expired on 10/16. Followed the instructions in the guide, the key I was given doesn’t work. Just issue after issue. I contacted their support, they told me to uninstall and reinstall MO 2024 and enter the key in power point. Still same issues. They gave me a new key to use, still didn’t work. Now they want me to have them remote in on my laptop to take control of it and “fix the issue remotely in less than 2 minutes”. Not buying that garbage.. Stay away. Screenshots provided. Can’t get rid of these issues. Just go buy from Microsoft. It’s worth it.
