About Horseplay Stables

Working alongside her husband Joe, Horseplay Stables co-owner Terry Hoy draws upon her more than 25 years of equestrian riding and training to help students realize their full riding potential. The pair also relies on help from an extensive team of licensed instructors and volunteers. At Horseplay Stables, students can master the basics of several horseback-riding styles, including huntseat, jumping, classical dressage, or western pleasure.

The staff are great.They ask about experience,and skill levels. They don't overdo what has been learned.Each rider is taught how to care for the horses, not just ride. The grooming is important to the horses well being.A staff member is with the rider at all times.This was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

My daughter really loved her instructor Casey. I like that when I accidentally drained my battery, I was about to call AAA. Instead the owner hooked up his truck and gave it a jump and taught my daughter about cars while he did it. High five for this stable!
