Unprofessional business. I see why they need Groupon to help their business. Never again will I attempt to buy anything from this particular company. Never received my couple massages due to their unavailability. Groupon was really good with getting me my refund. The star is for Groupon ⭐️

Never able to redeem as they did not have any time to schedule and when I did finally schedule and went there-they denied having me scheduled and would not accomadate or reschedule.

I never got to use this because they were booked out so far past the expiration date. I called and was told that I could use it later on once there is availability. I did call in early 2018 and they were still booked out pretty far. I’d like to be refunded since I wasn’t able to use this at all.

Water street spa was a great experience!! Most relaxing massage I’ve had and definitely a worth every dollar. Little trouble setting up an appt at first but you have to understand that staffing is small so they can’t always answer the phone during the middle of their work. Definitely recommend!
