The work was fine the scheduling and arranging was terrible. I called Mon before thanksgiving asking if they could come out Wed The woman said yes but the guy called tues night to say he was calling to arrange a time and when I called back he did not return my calls. I was not able to get ahold of him till after thanksgiving. If I knew they couldnt come I would have chosen someone else. When he did finally show up he was half an hour late and said my carpet was so dirty it required extra money to clean. I ended up paying $100 more than the groupon, which is about the same price as I could get anywhere else without a groupon.
