The staff was very informative about the services they were performing and about how long it would take to complete them. They went over all of recommendations and why I needed them and when they should be done. Very pleased with the service. I will be going back there again.

The Tires Plus I went had a floor manager that was forgetful, wasn't customer service friendly and forgot to do what he said he was going to do when I got there. I left them plenty of time to get the service done, and even provided them with the wheel locks the next morning (I left it over night with them for other reasons) when we found out that they needed them.
I wasn't even sure that he was done with me, because there was no "Thank you for your time" at the end. He went on to dealing with the next customer without even acknowledging me. I just shrugged, and decided then and there that I would NOT be coming back to this shop.

2 hours for an oil change, that was with an appointment. They didn't fill my washer fluid (and I specifically asked for it) and got oil smeared on my car door and seat. Horrible expeirience.

I was treated like a queen and this Tire's Plus has become my new Tire's Plus even though they are farther from me. The service is that good.
