The pick up location was hard to get to. Alot people got confused..but the tour guide and driver were great

We were picked up at the Mall of America and enjoyed 3 hours of a very informative tour of the Twin Cities. We would differently do this tour again.

We had a great time. Had seen so much more than we would have if we drove on our own. Our driver was very nice and a little funny. Our "cruise director" read a lot from the script and tossed in a few funnies. They had ice cold water for everyone; I think we went on the hottest day.
We were able to get on and off at a couple points of interest. Just wish some of the points of interest could have been a bit closer to get photos.
The only complaint we had was we were completely unsure about the pickup location. We were just told outside the MOA and park near the IKEA location. We had called a couple times to get clarification. After the third call we were told where the shuttle pick up and drop off are located.
