I had trouble using the Groupon source, but got a call from Chad. He's AMAZING! He clarified everything and I'm looking forward to the Trolley Lights tour.
Merry Christmas Chad!
Steve was very accommodating and friendly, I think without him the show would not be entertaining as it was, with such heart. The finale was great w the music switch w the beat of the light. 4 stars because the windows kept fogging up, unable to see all the lights, trolley was a bit cold but everyone was dressed for winter. Steve was the light of the show. Nice way to kick off the holiday spirit.
Had a great time on the Twin Cities Trolley tour last night! The trolley was decorated and very clean. Our tour guide Steve was fantastic! Very personable and took us to the best spots to see Christmas light displays! A great family activity!!
Our drive Steve was great - just the right amount of talkative, funny and knowledgeable. Was sometimes difficult to see the lights because the windows would fog up so bring a credit, rewards card or unused electronic hotel key to act as a window scraper. Towels and water were also provided. my 3.5 year old boys loved it.
My Groupon was NOT redeemed. The merchant redeemed it and we never actually went on any tour. I would never do business with this company.
Great Lights. Would preferred
to see one of the 2 trolleys for adults and the other for families. The kids were loud, crying, getting up and down and generally distracting to the driver and the rest of us. Didn't feel safe. Also was surprised that though we were picked up at Southdale we drove to Inver Grove Height and West St. Paul. Was there nothing closer that would have provided less driving and more seeing lights.Driver very nice.
The tour was awesome and our driver was fantastic in narrating and friendliness. We would definitely do it again.
There are less than 10 places that had lights. Most of the time was driving from location to location to slow down in front of these houses and then another 20 minute drive to the next one.
Perfect treat for my husband and me and our two grandchildren. They loved it!
We were disappointed that the light tour was actually on the East Side of the city, but we had to meet the tour in Edina. We spent a lot of the tour just driving to and from the lighted houses. The lights we did see were fun to see.
