I think I would have liked this experience, but the employee took it upon himself to insert himself in the game numerous times without us soliciting his help. It ruined our experience in that we escaped, but didn’t feel like we did it on our own. In other escape rooms, the employee only comes over the PA system if you request a ‘hint’, so we were pretty disgusted with this experience.
