I will never go back there again. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment just to be brought back to the waxing location and then waited over 10 minutes on the waxing table. The woman could not communicate with me, and was very rough and unprofessional. I had to express my displeasure as she left patches of hair everywhere and seemed very unconcerned about it. This was a terrible experience and I mostly just spent the time wishing for it to be over.

I was not pleased with this experience. There were many times she tried to over wax, making it too hard to rip off the wax strip and she struggled half way through, this is EXTREMELY painful in that area and it happened 5 times. She had me in an uncomfortable position holding my own leg in the air & the final product was not good. I have to shave/tweeze a handful of spots.

Tried to charge me an extra 20 bucks for my bikini area during a Brazilian wax. I left with the hair still in the bikini zone. Boo.
