This is the best boot camp EVER! The trainers are awesome and don't waste your time. The workouts are solid and get you in the best shape of your life! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape or maintain a fit body.

having more locations closer to Diamond Bar would be nice. Somewhere in Brea maybe. As it is, I drive 30 min at 4:30am to make it to class at Villa Park.

Finding early morning classes is a bit of a challenge in South Orange County, so I wanted to try this. And, at 5:30 AM I did NOT want anyone yelling in my face. Our coach is motivating and friendly and encouraging, which is perfect. And no yelling. The classes have been challenging, yet fun. It is a full hour of work and, after two days, I can feel it everywhere.

I would definitely continue if the price remains fairly close to what I paid through Groupon. Great workout and instructor, having good workouts thus far and have recommended to friends and co-workers.
