Amazing service!! I had microneedling done and Sanobar was awesome. She also told me what would be the best treatment for my skin type. This was my first session and I am definitely going back after seeing the results!!

This SPA has nice ambience and good location. However the customer service is very disappointed.
I was looking forward to a fuller eyebrow when I purchase this service from Body and Soul Day SPA. But the end result was quite the opposite. One week after the first treatment, I found my eyebrows are much narrower than the drawing Ali showed me in the beginning. When I go back for the touch up, I ask her nicely if she could make an effort to deliver the original design and make the eyebrows look fuller. She refused and told me that her job is to fill in the missing stroke only for touch up. I consulted the manager for any possible solutions and the answer I got is they can only give me the refund for the touch up. Then I ask for any other options to fix the eyebrows, five days later the manager told me they would charge me a whole new session to fix it or $125 for reschedule the touch up( because I refused the touch up).
I don't feel like being treated as valued customer in the whole experience.
Because if you are not happy with the result and not saying anything at the first treatment, they won't make an effort to fix it later. How could I know that the shape of the eyebrow would shrink after the first treatment? As when it's swelling, it looks much fuller.
