MJ is an exceptional instructor I enjoyed the classes very much She has a sweet disposition and obviously has many dedicated students All levels feel comfortable in class She is very inspiring I no longer attend only due to my work schedule and distance to her studio from my home However what I learned greatly increased my love of yoga and inspired me to dedicate a permanent yoga studio in my home
