Great, quick, full body workouts. Shaka will whip you into shape! Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Skinny Buddha. Not only are the workouts great, but their food is healthy and delicious. The kitchen is located down the street, how awesome is that? Chef Elyce creates some really great items. Skinny Buddha is a must try!
