The only thing is I made my first appointment which was very easy and good.....then it went down hill from then on.....had an appointment so I travel from my home to Lia Vie get there and their is no one up front and they young gentlemen said oh I called u yesterday to cancel which he did not because I did not have a call on my home phone or cell. Then I call back to make another appointment and I finally got my second appointment then on the 3rd appointment it took me forever to get my appointment because the girl that was doing the photal facial quit and the new girl was going to make my appointment (3) weeks go by and I have to call them to make my last appointment and I swore I would never go back........N I haven't + I also purchased 20 units of botox ....and it didn' even last 3 months .....not a happy customer with La Vie...........

I did not receive the full value of my groupon at la vie md. I was supposed to get 3 laser hair removal treatments and only got 2 because they called and said their machine was malfunctioning and they would call me back to reschedule when it was working again....that was 4 months ago....would not recommend to others

La Vie MD has not fufilled their commitment to me. I paid for 1 year of unlimited services which means a visit to them every 4 - 6 weeks. They have cancelled my appointments twice and still not attempted to reschedule. This means that I haven't been in 16 weeks. Prior to this, I was very pleased with their service.
