Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Our motto is, "Fitness is fun the GYMagine way." Learning how to move your body forward, backward, sideways, and upside down gives our students exciting ways to be fit through gymnastics.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Music and exercise are a major part of everyone's fitness today. Once our gymnasts learn new skills, they need to keep repeating them so that they can master them. Repetition can seem boring at times, but [listening to] music can turn it into a fun process.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
When I learned my first gymnastics skill by myself, I wanted to do it again and again.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Gymnastics is truly the best crossover sport for all sports. The balance, coordination, strength, and agility you learn can excel your performances in other sports and activities.
