Paid $142 for Groupon full highlights + style. Soa suggested I color my roots that were not even an inch! She went ahead and did a blowout without asking if I wanted it, I was charged $175! For my roots and blow dry, things I didn’t even ask for! They charged me $175 on top of the $142 for the Groupon and I gave Sao a $40 tip. Pay almost $400 for your hair if you want to. This Groupon is a scam!!

As stated on our Groupon up charges will be applied when additional services are done. You were not charged for the blowout it comes with the haircut that you asked for which was not included in your Groupon. I’m sorry for any miscommunication, for the future please feel free to communicate any concerns and questions before leaving a one star review. please call the salon if you have any further concerns thank you.
