Bernard, Thank you for your feedback. We hate to hear you were not satisfied with the moving services you were provided by both of our moving teams on April 15th and April 16th 2021. However, this is the first formal compaint management has received from you or any party associated with you regarding either of your recent moves. Your initial move was scheduled for April 15th with an ETA of 12-2 pm. The crew arrived during that time frame and went to work. Per the phone call when you scheduled your move on April 5th, you stated to the CSR that you needed " a washer, dryer, freezer, fridge and possibly a few other items moved". We scheduled your move accordingly that afternoon based per the details that you, the customer provided. When the movers arrived the afternoon of 4/15, they notified managment that "a few other items" included moving all the contents from a fully furnished 5 bedroom, 4,100 sq ft. home. One of our managers was in the area doing onsite estimates at the time and stopped by to assist the crew with your additional workload (at no additional cost.) As with all of our customers we will always do as little or as much as they ask of us. As explained onsite to you by management, our drivers must operate under there legal service operating hours as set forth by the DOT. We offered to finish moving all contents you requested the following morning. 4/16/21. You agreed and a crew was dispatched the following morning. You were never billed twice for the same move. We never moved the same items twice. You were billed once for your move on 4/15/21 and once for your move on 4/16/21. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your concerns in more detail.
