Great people, great coaches. They work to not only build up your physical strength and endurance but also to ensure your movement is technically correct. The people you workout with are incredibly supportive. It’s been a few years sense I was able to really workout, due to injury, and the other members are really working to encourage me to be better. I’ll be here every day for a long time. :)
