It takes sometime to schedule the first appointment. I didn't get an appointment scheduled for 1 month which was then 1 month after that. Communication was not good in the beginning but after the first appointment, the communication got much better. The cleaning was great and I signed up for their regular service after that.

I requested and received a refund of half of the Groupon (and told JHS I was doing so). The quality of their service is good, but getting the service (getting them to communicate, schedule things, confirm times, actually show up) was a nightmare. They are wayyyyy overbooked and overwhelmed and need to stop selling Groupons before they destroy their company.

Jennifer's Home Services did such a good job I asked them if they could come back this month and clean my house again. This company is very thorough and did an excellent job. I would definately recommend them if your home needs cleaning.
