HAD AN EMERGENCY. was at the hospital with my niece who was not breathing. apparently this is not severe enough to miss an appointment. they refuse to reschedule me because i didn’t call until after the appointment. once again I HAD AN EMERGENCY. sorry but calling them was not my priority at the time. would NEVER recommend this poor excuse for a spa to ANYONE.

Our spa has a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. We did not receive a call until hours after you missed your appointment. This is to respect our time as well as yours. We are in high demand for appointments and each therapist is paid for every service- no matter if you show up or not. We apologize our business policy and value of time is not something that you approve of.
