Did not show up for the scheduled time of service. Never returned my phone calls nor my emails. When I tried to get a refund from Groupon they stated that all they could offer me was the option to give the groupon to someone else. Why would I want to give bad customer service from a non-existent company to even my enemy???

One hour late, but that wasn't the worst part. They did the most superficial cleaning we've ever had, and aside from adequately mopping the kitchen floor, the rest of the house will need another thorough cleaning. Poor vacuuming job, and they had to be asked to dust a small vanity and desktop. When asked to do the second one, the cleaner mumbled "we not supposed to do that". This job was a complete waste of money. Strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.
