Brazilian blowout I hate the way she did. I've gotten it done so many times, I know the product is supposed to be blow dried and smoothed into the hair. She put the product in my hair and put me under the drier. It's been over a month and my hair is as frizzy and it was when I went in. The haircut was too expensive. $90 that's city prices. Completely ridiculous for the area to charge that much.

Really confused by your review Sofi Halici. You had email stating "Hey Cecilia ! I just wanted to take the time out to thank you for the treatment. My hair feels great." My pricelist is in numerous places in the studio so you could've canceled the haircut. And that price is an average price for a master stylist in NY especially for an affluent area that my studio is located in. Perhaps, you could've gone to a cosmetology school for a lower price or a lesser skilled stylist. Using Products not recommended will put your results at risk as explained during your treatment. That's why I guarantee my services with a purchase of the proper shampoo and conditioner. Lastly, I did dry your hair using a hair dryer to evenly dry your hair and a flat iron to seal the treatment into your hair. Have a good day.
