Great exercises, easy parking, my only concern is the studio is quite small and they need a changeroom. They only have a big bathroom. Other than that it’s good!

I love this place so very much, the instructors, the facility and the fantastic results all keep me coming back. Every class I leave feeling my cup is full! It’s given back so much to me that I’ve lost due to stress/injury/fatigue that I can never find from anything else!!
