Receptionist were rude . When I scheduled the receptionist gave different information than what was on the coupon. We were not compensated for this. Locker room was low budget felt like high school locker room . The technicians were great, but the front desk took away from the experience. Should tend to their guest more.

I made my appointment on Tuesday for Friday @ 645. I get a phone call at 4:14 PM on the day of as I was getting ready to head there that tells me that they have to reschedule. This is extremely unprofessional and I am waiting on my refund.
