The classes are hard, but so much fun. You learn practical self defense while burning calories. The trainers are great and do there best to get around to each person to ensure you are doing the moves correctly. The only downside is, the classes are very large so it can be difficult to see/ hear the instructor.

I enjoy it because the instructors are committed and in it to win it. Its a major workout, stress reliever, other students are nice, and practical lessons on how to protect yourself. On the other hand, the facilities to clean up after are limited. No shower! It would otherwise be 5 stars.
