Service itself was good. The woman who seemed to be the manager screamed at me for trying to use my voucher saying that it wasn’t valid even though it had still not expired.

I purchased a groupon after Covid re-opening, and they would not accept it. They said I would have to pay extra (on top of groupon, tax they charge and tip), because they don't do groupons anymore. So then why do you sell them? That's not the way to do business.

The lady was rude, she rushed me when i was looking at nail colors saying “its busy” when no one else was waiting (and no one came while getting my nails done). She was very rushed and the experience was painful. She cut me while trimming my thumb cuticles and another girl also got cut during her manicure with another worker and even yelled. She wanted more tip after i gave more than 20% lol...
