The waxing studio was VERY unkempt. The floor was sticky, the garbage can is right near the waxing bed, the bed had stains on it, regardless of the disposable paper. And I still gave them a chance. WRONG. The service was bad, they kept giving me different prices on “taxes” and stated that I had to pay a mandatory $15 fee bcus I had a GP. Very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE.

Wax was decent. Experience was not ideal. I booked online but could’ve just walked in bc the appointment time wasn’t honored regardless. When getting my wax the tech was basically frustrated that I have a coarser hair type. She was questioning when my last wax was and if I shave because that “makes the hair thicker”—which btw is a myth. Irrelevant either way, just perform your service.
