it was said that a boat leaves every 30 minutes. not true. they only had 1 boat. from the time we got there to the time we docked back, was about 3.5 hours. you might as well do the real statue of liberty tour where you get off at the island itself. this just went around the statue and took way longer than it should have.
Tour wasn't informative and music playlist was inappropriate for families.
Boat route was great but tour guide on PA system left a lpt to be desired. Nice guy but def not right for the job.
The boat trip was lovely. But the line and the was insane. Hot and no shade for more than a hour. We were lucky as we arrived late so we only waited a few minutes. Btw the free drink is a can of soft drink.
The boat was dirty and unattractive. The furniture and boat walls were falling apart. The chairs slide when the boats move with the wave...over all ok but so many things could be better with little effort. It just felt like a money mill. :(
The staff did a good job tending to all the people on the boat . the narrator could have been a little more informative but overall pretty good we only went to Statue of Liberty and turned around so there's not much to look at but the Groupon was definitely reasonably priced .
No management at all ,
No fixed time sc
Very disorganized and unprofessional piece of sh*t cruise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It may be cheap but trust me it won't be worth it. Took 2 hours to get on and people were cutting lines and very uncomfortable.
Cool sightseeing tour of the brooklyn, manhattan, and staute of liberty. The free drink that's included is for soft drinks only.
Very crowded and music choice was inappropriate for young children (curse words). Staff were oblivious to people throwing up in the trash cans and there was no escaping the smell.
