the driver was very rude. there was a sick person on the bus who wanted to go to the bathroom.the driver shouted that was not possible and if he would go in the toilet of the bus he could pay 100 euros. after this he screamed this a few more times. then we suddenly stopped at a tank area because de driver had to go to the toilet and he locked the bus so we couldn't get out. then he came on the bus and the sick person had to write down his name and number, of je did not do this we would not drive. this ride took 2.5 hours in total instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes. because of this we had very little time to shop, a later bus was full.

We bought the night before we get on the bus, so didnt make reservations, we go to the line, we got in as there was available seats, BUT you will be treat last.. they will serve who pay cash first, groupon later. On the way back there were too many people so they have 2 bus standby for us, very good

Reserving the departure time of 9am from manhattan was fine. But the departure time from Woodbury Commons back to Manhattan was not asked nor explained to us by the bus dispatcher when we made the reservations. We were only told by the ticket agent while on the 9am bus that the 6:30pm bus was sold out and that only the 3pm and 4pm buses were available. That didn't leave us much time at the mall to get our shopping done.

1. Rude phone customer service - Talk to oneself, not listen to my questions and just hang up the phone call.. 2. Not enough shopping time... I did not have any option to choose a time when to catch my return trip. Since i got the tickets from groupon, I should come back at specificity time. Staff organising lines was very rude.

We were only informed that we had to take the 3.00pm bus back from Woodbury, after we boarded the 8.30am bus. We weren’t allowed to choose our preferred timing back as the schedules are already fixed???? But the website clearly stated the various return timings. We were really upset about it as it disrupted our plans to shop at Woodbury.

You do not get an option to choose a time when to catch your return trip. Staff organising lines are very rude, and coupon booklet is only good if you are spending $500+ per store.

From Our Editors

When shoppers want to live large and peruse top brands without paying top price they head to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. There, more than 200 premium outlet shops, such as Coach, Swarovski, Ralph Lauren, and The North Face, wind over quaint, community-like grounds, rife with park benches and street lamps. While spending time with friends or hunting down great gifts, shoppers swing into Burberry for new shirts before stepping into Aldo for loafers or pumps and then ducking into Cinnabon for a deliciously sticky snack.

To help guests find their way, WoodburyBus.com reaches out with a roundtrip bus route from Midtown New York to the outlets. The air-conditioned coach features reserved seating and a spacious interior, and after arriving at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, guests can flip through a complimentary VIP coupon book chock-full of savings and passwords to secret corridors that they can use on their trip. Buses depart from one of four locations—the Row NYC, Lexington Hotel, Pennsylvania Hotel, and Sheraton New York—and return to the city at scheduled times.
