Great customer service..awesome value and the kids had a blast!!

Great party venue

On the two occasions we visited your facility, we have enjoyed ourselves a lot. That said, I think you might consider an audit of your rules and how they are enforced. I was called out for skating backwards although under control and watching over my shoulder, so I could continue to help my daughter learn to skate. I stopped when I learned that it was a violation of the rules. Conversely, children using the trainers (some of whom obviously don't need them), often race out of control and endanger skaters who may not pay as much attention as I. Although I don't consider it enough of a threat to stop coming, I thought I would offer the risk-management suggestion. We will certainly be back.

The service was GREAT! the kids enjoyed themselves and the staff was friendly and courteous.Sara and her friends had a blast!
