Top notch workout center, I really enjoyed my trainer and I thought the workouts were great. I’d liked the 45 minutes workouts and for the most part we were always alone for each work out. I highly recommend this gym.

Lisa Raffay is THE BEST TRAINER! I purchased the 3 session Groupon and then purchased the biggest package of personal training with Lisa. I have a pain in my shoulder from an overdeveloped muscle, and underdeveloped muscles elsewhere. I've had 12 sessions now with Lisa, and I'm already pain free most of the time! She knows what she is doing! I imagine her other Trainers are as well trained as Lisa is, because she owns the House of Fitness. So give yourself the gift (and I have never had personal training sessions before, nor do I like doing abs work. Lisa can get me to do even abs work :-)
