Smell of smoke, 40/60 minutes was the water automatic fountain and hair blow dry. Don’t waste your time, if you expect a spa-like experience

I bought this as a birthday gift for my sister. She redeemed on 12/2/25 and immediately called me to request a refund from groupon. she said the service was HORRIBLE; it was basically a hair wash and the lady "just pushed her thumbs into my scalp." They said the the water loop thing isn't part of the 45-minute deal, nor did they do a shoulder or head massage as indicated on the Groupon voucher. Sonia was working the front desk and said she would "talk to her"" referring to the woman who serviced my sister. Sonia called the owner, who reportedly directed my sister back to groupon for the refund. The company did not offer another service, a re-do or to even just refund her there. And, another woman was also there requesting a refund as well and was complaining about the service. I don't recommend this place. They did offer to blow dry my sister's hair, which she declined as she was ready to leave. On a positive, she said whatever they put in her hair was good and her hair is soft today (the day after the service).
