I made this purchase just before they had one of their company helicopters crash into a house In Newport Beach...,No one from the company made it attempt to contact Groupon or me And give an explanation as to what occurred or if I was eligible for any reimbursement on my purchase. I am sure it is a very reputable company, but I would have appreciated a call..damage control sucks!. Buyer beware!

This company is horrible. I booked a helicopter ride 3 weeks in advance of my boyfriend's birthday and got a call 24 hours before our scheduled ride to say that there was not a helicopter available. Our ride was scheduled for a Thursday not even a weekend. In addition, they redeemed the voucher upon booking over the phone so when I complained to Groupon it looks like I redeemed the service which is a lie. What was supposed to be a fun surprise for my boyfriend turned out to be anything but. Now I am chasing the company for a refund through Groupon. Don't waste your time on this. Revolution Aviation couldn't be bothered to reach out to follow up with me for the bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them!

Hi Amanda. We are very sorry for disappointing you by not being able to fly you and your boyfriend for his birthday. We attempted to source a helicopter for your ride but could not do so in time of your reservation. We have contacted Groupon to refund your purchase immediately – they will unredeem your voucher internally. You will then be able to receive your money back directly through Groupon. We thank you for your understanding in this unfortunate circumstance.

So glad I purchased this as a gift for my husband. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Our pilot Sandra was so nice and we felt completely safe with her. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.
