Not really my cup of tea the format of the class. Didn’t appreciate the consistent tardiness of the instructor, don’t really dig public weigh ins, I enjoy a varied workout with predictability in location (indoor v outdoor) especially when one dresses accordingly to be comfortable in the expected venue. Overall wouldn’t do it again, but there seemed to be many enjoying it.

In my head I quit the class about 5 times on each exercise. I really enjoyed the class and will continue. I told my sister and daughter about Ken. Ken and his team are very positive and helpful.

While the workouts themselves were challenging, I couldnt seem to get over the fact that Ken was always 5-10 minutes late for every workout, and a good chunk of the hour workout I paid for was spent setting up stations. Maybe if he got there early and set up stations as opposed to having us do it during our one hour workout time, I’d feel differently. The girls were AWESOME, though. Great support.
