Heather was a no show for our first appt. My son and I had gotten all ready and drove an hour to meet with her. We then stayed at the cafe that we were supposed to meet at for over an hour and a half while we waited and I called and left voicemails for her many times. When I finally did speak to her a few hours later, she told me she had a family emergency and she would call in a few days to reschedule. She never did. I called and left multiple voicemails requesting to reschedule and never got a response. A few weeks later I finally messaged her on facebook and she finally rescheduled. However, she never apologized. The pictures were poorly finished, I never got the prints just a disk mailed

Heather was super friendly and did a great job. She was really good with our daughter and had a great creative vision.
