Gabbie is great, this review is not about her services. Owner tried to change my appt time, I told her I couldn't. Reminder text came and go figure my appt time is changed. After me complaining she changed it back to original time. I order 3 groupons, websites states 3 is the max. Owner states groupon is only for first time guests. I send her a screen shot which says you can use this deal 3 times, so how can it only be for first time guests? Owner will not let me use the third groupon. This is very unprofessional. I should be able to use all my groupons. Sad to say after as good as Gabbie is at sugaring, no point in returning as owner doesn't care about her customers.

Walking into meet with Nadia was very inviting. For my first time, she explained in detail the products and process. She was very patient with me, I am very sensitive and very pregnant. The after feeling of the hair removal when leaving, less sore than my last wax. Definitely an experience I would do again over waxing.
