Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive. The only reason I have an issue with the experience of this groupon is that I selected this hotel for the indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The picture and description are misleading because the hot tub has been deactivated and no longer available. Best Western informed me that Groupon has been told to update
