Set up an appointment time - was shown very quickly around the facility, very friendly staff and was set up with my key card. I went on a regular basis in the evenings, was surprised that after 6/7pm place wasn't packed (avg. 3-4 other people, not counting those taking classes) which was great. The circuit area and bathrooms were kept very clean. At the end of my month I had to skip my last two days due to my schedule and didn't have a chance to ask about renewing - decided not to as I was only in the area for a month longer (and summer so I could workout outside). However, I was surprised they never reached out to me to ask me to renew and/or about my experience. If staying longer, I would have definitely renewed.
