Robert serviced our furnace with the Groupon we purchased He was fantastic! We told him about our Aprilaire unit, which is attached to the furnace, leaking We had big and small contractors and NO ONE could resolve the issue over the years Well after discussing what his thoughts and our options were Robert asked all the questions and took the time to try 1 of 2 options (which was less money than the 2nd option) It worked! He was very sincere and said "I don't want you to spend any money unless you have to" Who does that in today's world?? I HIGHLY recommend himand you should use him too
