Very satisfying experience. Pleasant place, professional approach, excellent massage, very likeable therapist. Anxious to return for another massage.

The massage was wonderful and as I was recovering, I was contemplating a tip for the masseuse and the cashier/scheduler (?) asked me how the massage was. A half-second later, before I could answer, she remarked loudly for all in the area to hear "Well, don't you WANT to leave a TIP then? I said I was considering it (but wasn't sure exactly what I had in my purse), and she repeated herself, but with a lot more volume! WOW! THAT is just PLAIN RUDE!! Sorry, but it is! Tips are to be given freely based on service, not expected or "Browbeaten" out of someone! I usually tip very well and I was certainly going to leave a tip with my masseuse, as I know some employees (waitpersons and massage therapists, etc. are paid less and rely on them) but to be literally browbeaten by this 'lady' (?) in a loud voice in front of other patrons, well, that really set me off. I was so embarrassed and furious that an immediate departure was all I could manage! Sorry to the Massage Tech - the massage was great BUT tell this lady SHE owes you a tip and she should keep her mouth shut in the future and give people some time to figure out a tip. After a massage a person feels like wet noodles and you can't think quite right. I know most people figure out a tip beforehand BUT I usually tip more if the massage is really good, so I work the tip out afterward. I would have come back as the massage was good, but now I'll not set foot in that place again.

After having to wait until AFTER the coupon's expiration date to even book a massage because they were understaffed, it was an absolutely horrible experience. My boyfriend was incredibly uncomfortable with the way he was treated. It was unprofessional to conduct a massage the way his was. Pulling the sheet down all the way past his underwear and not allowing him to turn over discretely are just two of the horrors. The nutritionist filling in as a massage therapist was also ridiculous. Not to mention her need to talk about her period IN DETAIL with him!!! She also dragged his torture out to almost 1 hour and 45 MINUTES instead of an hour because she was "enjoying [his] company so much". I very much so regret this purchase.

I would suggest moving offices so not close to stairway....not very relaxing. My massage therapist was wonderful but I was slightly distracted by the door slamming and other employees from the many other offices in the building walking up and down what sounded like metal stairs.

Yes, actually I have been meaning to get ahold of massage advantage. When I went for my massage, my masseuse was terrible. I am 5'6 and weight 140 pounds, I typically like the deepest of the deepest deep massages. My masseuse had the smallest hands and during my massage the first minute I wanted to leave. She had no technique, nor pressure. It was like someone was poking me. I have had more than plenty massages in my life, but never one this terrible. I feel bad being so negative, but I don't see how anyone could enjoy a massage from her. I am just being honest.

The massage therapist was good but the room was cold, the light in the room was really bright and not turned down during massage and there was no music played when I was getting the massage. There was a radio on in the room but it was in between stations so it was playing static and would once in a while have a station come in. Change the things above.

Had a one hour session scheduled. We arrived early and still had to wait 20 minutes after appt time to get in, and appt ended on scheduled time, so it was really only a 40 minute session.

The massage therapist didn't really listen to me when I asked that she ease up on the pressure. Most often, I like deep tissue massages, but for somethe reason I was more sensitive the day I got this massage. So, I mentioned a few times to not go so deep and she never really did ease up. Also, her fingernails were digging into me. Unfortunately, this was probably the most non-relaxing massage I've ever gotten! And I've never had someone dig their nails into me during a massage. They might want to tell her to trim her nails before massages.
