As it was so close to the expiration date, I agreed to let the vendor redeem the voucher before my appointment, which was scheduled two days after the expiration date. 45 minutes before the appt, she cancelled and said she would get back to me to reschedule. After several weeks of not hearing back from her, I texted again. While she seemed genuinely apologetic, she had no openings and said she would get back to me when she figured out her schedule.I have had to contact her multiple times. When she finally does respond, she texts me back with more apologies and times she has available. However, by the time I get back to her (generally within 24 hours), she no longer has the availability and here I am, two months later with no resolution. Another factor in this was when I purchased the voucher, it listed the location as San Leandro. Vendor moved to Oakland, which created a travel hardship for me. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The most disappointing part of this experience has been being reminded there are people in the world who are not always what they seem. I've accepted that it is what it is - a lesson learned.

Za'ky rescheduled my appointment twice and then on the third time, 2 hours before I was supposed to be there, she sent a text to cancel the appointment again and offer a refund, or see if I wanted to reschedule at a later date. Umm, no thank you. Probably a blessing in disguise! Because if her lashes look anything like her life.... it would have been a disaster!
