Advanced Master Herbalist - A step above the basics! The advanced herbalist course dives into complex formulas, safety, and applications. Definitely worth it if you want to move from hobbyist to professional.

I first had difficulty redeeming the voucher, but I emailed the school and they responded quickly and sent an email that facilitated my enrollment. I have begun my 150 hour course.

I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
