They were really unprofessional and unprepared for our appointments. The services were sub par, I didn't even use all the appointments in the groupon. Instead got another one for laser hair removal elsewhere and they finished the job properly.

Diva provided inferior service and equipment than other laser centres that I have been to. I had already had very successful treatments and was looking to extend the area that I had previously had treated. The laser type did not provide excellent results for my hair/skin type and I was told that was to be expected with laser (however, I had already HAD the experience and seen much better results with a different laser type at a different location). Each technician that I saw on subsequent visits did slightly different coverage on the area being treated, resulting in patchy, unsatisfactory results. The inconsistency of the knowledge (for example, how long to schedule between sessions, and the fact that when I arrived at the time I had booked and was told that it was too soon, but was only told this after the treatment) does not vouch well for the competence of the professionals working there. I will now, despite having paid extra to have the area treated that I wanted to do (above what was covered by the coupon), have to go elsewhere to redo the service that was not performed well at Diva. I wasted the money on the groupon and the extra money I paid to 'upgrade' to an unsuccessful and poorly delivered service. The response I received was that 'laser is not guaranteed'. I would believe this excuse if I had not already had very successful treatments performed elsewhere.
