This San Diego institution is adorned with anime artwork across its walls and ceilings, and manager Joohan Kim and his team of chefs specialize in one of Japan's favorite traditions: sushi. Kim and company offer all the Japanese staples—ramen, udon noodles, grilled chicken bento boxes—but the true creativity lies in Sushi4Reel's unique specialty rolls, each accompanied by their own unique anime cartoon.
