Great format: 50 minute class offered 4 times in the AM and twice in the PM with the same exercise stations. Great variety and music with multiple modifications offered for those with injuries. Facility has a wonderful cushioned floor which makes it easier on the knees for the cardio portions. Time goes by so fast as you need to really focus on the exercises in each station.
