The establishment is clean and inviting. I just had a bad experience with a defective bed. When I told the employee that the bed in Room #4 was not working, they told me to wait and let it heat up. So I waited 3 minutes into my 15 minute service and I continued to sit still on a lit up, cold bed. I then was told to wait to get to another bed that was in use. So even though I was the first one to arrive, I spent more than 30 minutes in an establishment to get a 15 minute service. It’s not worth the drive to waste time and sit on a cold bed after coming in from the cold weather. I won’t be coming back.

Vanessa-I am sorry that our employee would address you in that manner. Level 1 beds are not designed to get hot and/or extremely warm, therefore, the bed is not defective. Those beds get tested and maintained on a month to month schedule. At the time of redeeming your groupon you are given the opportunity to upgrade your entire 30/90 day groupon to a higher level bed at a significantly cheaper price. This was explained to you on the day you redeemed your groupon. We are sorry you will not be returning and wish you the best of luck finding a tanning salon that suits your needs.
