Tumbleweed Speedway, Odessa

When it comes to karting, most folks think of puttering, slow-moving roadsters and the classic rinky-dink track surrounded by tires. The Tumbleweed Speedway turns that on its head, unleashing drivers of most ages on its 1/6 mile clay dirt track. Speedsters blast around the semi-banked oval in everything from a Jr 1 Caged Clone to the high-octane Unlimited KT100. The track lets folks hit the dirt for practice laps, and also hosts competitive races that strictly forbid the use of turtle shells as weapons.
