Andrea did my botox treatment and trim and my hair looks and feels absolutely AMAZING! It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive in traffic😂. Will be back in 3 months Andrea!

I wish I could give 5 stars. The ladies were extremely friends and genuine. 3 different women worked with me for the two services I went for- hair Botox and a single color process, the atmosphere was family like and all the ladies clearly loved to work with one another and engage in friendly banter. I give 3 overall stars mostly for the customer service and atmosphere. One star off for the actual services. My groupon was for the hair Botox which has definitely left my hair more relaxed, but has resulted in unprecedented damage to my ends. Not a few split ends, but crispy and brittle ends that split off four times, up to an inch each. I’m trying to grow my hair long and this service has set me back a great deal. Disappointed as it is supposed to support hair health and markets itself as being a restorative treatment and far better than a keratin. Honestly more damage than previous keratin treatments (from other locations). I also purchased a single process color to help even grown out sun lightening. I’m also starting to get greys growing in, and wanted to even my hair color while covering greys. I was told prior to the Botox that it lifts color a bit, and will further lighten highlights. What I didn’t know was it would remove the color almost entirely (single process was recommended prior to application of Botox). So I paid an additional $50 with little results. Upon close inspection to my roots I saw the greys remained. They offered to re-do the color a few days later, but unfortunately it didn’t work for my schedule. I travel a lot for work and had something come up, so cutting it as a loss. I wish they knew the Botox would essentially remove the color I paid for. Love the ladies but am disappointed with my hair health and color. Would not recommend the Botox and especially if you plan to get color before (as they recommended).
