We are family and veteran owned, serving the Omaha/Bellevue/Offutt community for over 14 years. We focus on whats right for the customer and staff FIRST. Additionally, our technicians on average have 15 Years experience. These aren't teens "learning" how to fix your computer, they're seasoned techs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We took our passion for repair and our desire to serve with integrity and created a business that strives to be the honest and affordable choice.

What do you love most about your job?
We love being the ones who can take away your stress when it comes to electronics. We like being the techs people can go to when no one else can fix it.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Sometimes a job is extremely difficult and our techs go the extra mile, and then one extra to get the job done right. We recovered 10,000's of pictures from over 50's years worth of data when the hard drives had been burnt in a fire. Her appreciation made the extra effort more than worth it!
